Just for fun I thought I would post one of Tom's projects;-P He gave me new counter tops right before Holden was born...SO nice...Above is what they looked like before...white tile standard in the 80's...
Here is mid project...in the background you can see the new mantle he built:-)
Here is the new granite tile counter top...I love it!
